We want you to be confident about doing business with us, which is why we offer you a 28-day money back guarantee on our RiskBase Lite Risk Assessment product. The 28 days start on the day that your account is created.
We will refund you any monies paid, and/or cancel or credit any future instalments or payments due (by direct debit or otherwise) relevant to the service you cancel. All we ask is that:
- You tell us why you didn’t like us so that we can improve our service to other customers.
- You have not requested verification of a Fire Risk Assessment.
- You have not (or any of your associates) have not claimed in the past on the guarantee.
You can claim on our guarantee by:

We will then write to you within 7 working days confirming your request.
If you claim on our guarantee and we refund you:
- your access to the system will be removed and you will not be entitled to use any documentation, reports or assessments provided.
- Your data will also be deleted.
- Any advice given, whether expressed or implied, verbally or in writing will be retracted and we will have no liabilities to you.
