Paper based log books work well in small simple premises, but when things get a little complex or there are multiple properties, managing all the checks and ensuring they’re being completed can become burdensome.
Inventory and Checks
Enter the IDs and locations of your appliances in to the relevant category and RiskBase will prompt you to check them. Performing the checks takes seconds, the user’s details and the date are stored against the check and they’re prompted to enter any problems which will log a separate remedial task against the item.
A forgotten, late or incomplete routine will be highlighted in the task manager and dashboard.
Drill & Incident Management
Separate functions for incidents, inspections and fire drills. Log exactly what happened, how long evacuation took and how to plan for it better in the future.
Log Book Retrieval
There’s generally little need to print off your log books, but when you do, simply select the date range and the types of logs you want to generate and within seconds a detailed PDF is ready.
