- Suggestive hazard and risk analysis
- Approval, review, renewal options
- Professional PDF assessments
Our Risk Assessment system gives users the ability to quickly create relevant and up to date assessments. Whether you’re assessing a small office or a hospital wing, you’ll find it flexible and intuitive. React to hazards using pre-defined answers, modify them to suit or create your own for a specific scenario.
Hazard Identification Questionnaire
The assessment starts with a hazard identification questionnaire. We use the British Standards Institute PAS 79 Fire Risk Assessment specification, and tailor it to suit a given property dependent on its type and use. This means you’ll only be asked questions relevant to the assessment you’re completing at the time.
Need even more flexibility? RBe allows you to modify and change the selection criteria within questionnaires or create new ones from scratch.
Risk Analysis and Significant Findings
The user is prompted to clarify the hazard(s) – where, who it affects etc.
The derived risk(s) and associated score are used to define the Remedial Actions which then get linked to the task manager. The process is step-by-step and the interface is easy to understand and use.
Assessment Reviews and Approvals
Assessments can go through an approval stage, where our consultants will review the assessment with the user, or internally you can manage this process yourself.
As and when Remedial Actions are completed (via the Task Manager), the assessment is automatically updated to reflect the changes.
For straightforward assessment reviews, the user revisits the questionnaire and updates changes in circumstances. New hazards or risks can be identified and remedial actions added.
No longer will assessments need to be reprinted. You’ll have access to all past and present assessments from just one place. No more hunting for the latest version.
Reporting
Because we use a standardised questionnaire it means that reports can easily be generated to see where hazards lie across a portfolio of properties. From this you could then drill down and see the remedial actions specified for given hazard categories. More advanced reporting is available in RBe.
