The Asset Management system is integral to RiskBase. It has developed in to a powerful component that rivals many 3rd party asset management software.
Asset Tracking
Manage and audit equipment quickly and easily using handheld barcode scanners or paper based systems. Add custom fields to hold information other than standard make / model / serial. Search for and identify ‘rogue’ items. Flag missing equipment.
Forecasting and Finance
Apply depreciation to groups of assets by type to specified accounting periods. View past and historic depreciation and run costing and capital valuation reports on specific items or groups.
Integration with Assessments
RiskBase can automatically answer assessment questions on items within the asset management system – e.g. service state, or the presence of types of equipment such as extinguishers.
Integration with Fire Safety Log Books
The log books provide a simple interface and view of fire safety equipment held within the register. Running checks and maintenance routines from the log books will updates the individual assets.
3rd Party Integration
RiskBase can pull and syncronise data with 3rd party systems. This is especially useful for organisations with existing software managing their assets and equipment.
