The audit management system is bespoke and normally only available to RiskBase enterprise users. Business platform users should contact us if they require additional functionality.
The audit system has been designed to allow operational staff to carry out routine checks. The questionnaire is created by the client and outputs to PDF; the results can be used to feed task items by triggering maintenance routines or additional assessments. The system is flexible and designed to meet specific client needs.
Fax and PDA Integration
The simplicity of the audits lends well to completion using other media when an internet connection is not available. ‘Tick box’ style audit questionnaires can be completed on paper and faxed back to our systems for automatic completion.
