The work order management system is available only to RiskBase enterprise users.

RiskBase Work Orders works either stand-alone or integrates with existing FM software. It can produce comprehensive work orders for PPM and reactive maintenance.

Forecasting

Any equipment stored within RiskBase, be it an extinguishers or complex fire suppression systems can have maintenance routines attached. Each unit will require either certain types of check or maintenance within defined schedules.

The forecasting engine will display and allow users to filter by equipment type to create work orders for internal staff or external contractors.
